REFUND POLICY
This refund policy has been carefully written to be fair to both the customer and the business.
Orders canceled by 10PM the evening before your pickup time are eligible for a refund.
Orders canceled after this time will not be refunded, as your items are already being prepared. Forgotten orders are also not refunded, as I do not have an opportunity to re-sell items I have been holding for you after closing time. Please set a reminder for yourself to avoid this disappointment. If you missed your chosen pickup time, please come before pickup hours end that day. Unfortunately, I cannot leave orders outside the bakery for after-hours pickups due to pest control concerns. Forgotten orders will be donated at closing time. Thanks for understanding!
Cancel before 10PM to request a refund:
Reply to your Order Confirmation email with your cancellation request. Your original payment method will be refunded, minus the 2.9% +$.30 Square credit card processing fee* that is not refunded to the business when you cancel an order.
Canceling after 10PM?
While these orders will not be refunded, you can gift your order to a friend or family member who is able to come during pickup hours. Simply forward them your Order Confirmation email so they have all the relevant information. They will need to provide the name on your order at pickup.

While I make every effort to ensure your croissants are perfect, mistakes happen. Please reach out if you are unhappy about an item in your order and I will do my best to make it right. Reply to your Order Confirmation email to let me know about a problem.
*Butterbang’s credit card processor Square Payments does not return the 2.9% +$.30 processing fee to Butterbang when you cancel an order. Learn more about this recent change to Square’s processing fee refund policy here. Refunds issued due to an error on Butterbang’s behalf are not subject to this fee.
